@JohnBrokens@KimKatieUSA People there are resilient sure, humans will make the best out any situation they’re in, but that doesn’t deny Mexico is shit compared to the US literally
@JohnBrokens@KimKatieUSA Not everywhere in Mexico is beach vacation vibes, that’s cuz cartels make money off of resorts n tourism, you do know Mexico is basically ran by the cartel right. How would a cartel run country be a good in anyone’s mind?? Retard
you're allowed to just enjoy things. the hobby that makes no money. the trip that's "impractical." the friend group that's just fun and not "strategic." somewhere along the way self-improvement turned into self-optimization and a lot of guys forgot how to just enjoy being alive.
Every girl will drink Hibiscus! It is genuinely one of the fastest ways through consistent consumption to:

In 2027 I’ll be launching a new men’s community.
Like this to pre qualify.
The mission:
Build stronger men.
Teach confidence, discipline, networking, social skills, dating, communication, presentation, and leveling up physically and mentally.
I’ll open up my network.
Host mastermind mansion events in Miami.
Teach men how to carry themselves, speak with intention, move with confidence, and become harder to replace.
Natural self improvement only.
In due time…
This will become one of the biggest men’s communities in the world. 🌏
Your physique responds differently when lifting heavier weights versus the lighter, more circuit-style lifting.
While they have their place, the raw strength and the best physique changes are going to be from (safely) picking up weight that scares you a little bit.
When you end up getting to the heavier weights, you want to consciously really explosively lift them. Always in a controlled manner, not throwing your shoulder out or whatever, and not overdoing the weight.
You want controlled reps, but then when you're used to the movement, when you're warmed up, when it's your main working set, you really need to think from top to bottom, engaging your entire system and launching explosively.
Those explosive movements that we're training, it's the muscle, but it's also the fascia recruitment.
For combat and other athleticism, you're going to be doing explosive movements.
If we're only training focusing on the muscle, ONLY doing slow and controlled - then our movement is also going to be slow and controlled, and that's not necessarily what we want.
Just keeping that in mind: how we move with the weight is going to become how we move in reality as well.
The Power of Holding Conflicting “Beliefs” / The Fragility of Optimization
We have all of these rules, laws, principles that we want to improve our life, get healthier, that we know work, right?
We want to make sure we're not looking at screens, eating well, make sure our sleep is good…
But then there's the more esoteric, magical side, which is almost like a reversal of these things: not becoming SO optimized that if you have a glass of wine when you're out with your buddies, that ruins everything for three days - simply because you've read that “alcohol ruins my sleep” and now I just feel bad.
In all of these aspects of things, there is your ability to transmute and almost ignore reality (if it's something negative).
Anything “negative” that you have to experience, or is unavoidable or unchangeable — you should just intentionally become delusionally optimistic about it, reject the negative and not even register it in your reality.
That way it's almost like claiming that your spirit, soul, energy and your mind are higher than the appearance of this physical reality that may be imposing these small things on you - which is true!
Obviously, you need to first have this idea of optimizing everything; knowing what's good for you, knowing what's bad. You can’t slop seed oils every day and try to mindset it out.
But then there's also this other side, which is: no matter what happens, I'm going to be insanely delusional and just ignore the things that I don't want to be part of my reality.
And it works - it’s really interesting. For the most part, my life is set up so that 90% of it is this good, healthy stuff that we know makes you feel absolutely elite.
But then if I have a bit less rest or sleep, I'm still going to go into the gym and expect a very high level of performance. I am choosing to expect a higher level of performance and not believe in the negative side of things.
This way, your body will do what it does and feel how it feels - but the limiting factor will never be you worrying about things. That's what we want to eliminate from our perspective on everything when it comes to health.
Of course, as with anything you should not take this principle as an opportunity to slack off or become undisciplined, that would also be a mistake.
It is such that you should contextually look at your own life and the application of these principles in a positive way and make your own decisions in regard to how you use it.
People ask me why I follow so many people.
Simple.
If you consistently support me through reposts, reshares, comments, and showing love, why wouldn’t I support you back?
I’ll never be one of those people with a huge following that follows nobody.
Certain egos don’t build community they kill it.
