Here are some things that I think most people can agree with.

- Money should be removed from politics, or at least capped to a certain amount.
- Politics should be about what each individual politician believes is best for their constituents instead of what is best for their political party.
- Politics have reached a point where politicians rather make the other party and/or their opponents look bad rather than work together to make the lives of the American people better.
- The goal shouldn't be to please the people who pay you the most money. The goal should be to pass laws that the vast majority of Americans agree on.
- The goal shouldn't be to highlight the extremes merely to make people fearful of voting against your opponent. The goal should be to come up with ideas that your opponents agree are better than their own.
- The goal shouldn't be to try and take credit for your own ideas, but rather to try and give credit to those who support your ideas or come up with good ideas themselves.
- Water is wet.
- The sun is hot.
