@VeryHelpers Hi, I'm having issues with a delivery. My parcel was delivered to wrong address and delivery company XDP have said they're trying to resolve it but I'm no further forward. I'd rather a refund at this point because they've been so unhelpful 😩 can I DM regarding this?
