All things created need a creator. If you follow the trail of causes you eventually reach an unmoved mover outside of space time where the question of “what created that thing?” becomes a fallacy of presupposition.

Similar to standing at the tip of the North Pole and asking, “which way is north?”

There’s also a hierarchy of moral judgement (eg. It’s better to care for a baby than throw it off a cliff) and therefore there must be a maximum good. These gaps can both be filled in with the existence of a supreme being.
