Jesus said, "until Noah entered the Ark". Meaning Noah and animals entered the physical Ark. It was physically happening, Jesus was just reminding people that a similar fashion will happen when He comes during rapture.

A term or word can mean differently depending on where it is applied. So don't be stereotyped in your reasoning. The word Ark doesn't mean one thing, no. Jesus used it in a different context.
