🚨 @SportyBet, THIS NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION! We are receiving multiple complaints from users about serious issues on your platform. Users reported that some bets were allegedly automatically cashed out by the system, after which only a few users received refunds while many others are still waiting for resolution. Today, we are also seeing widespread complaints about matches such as “Viking and Madrid being voided”, with users claiming this significantly reduced their expected winnings. These are people's hard-earned funds. This is NOT something that should be brushed aside. @NLRCNigeria @fccpcnigeria @cenbank @nigeriapolice We call on the relevant regulatory and consumer-protection authorities to look into these complaints and demand transparency from @SportyBet .
