Nigerians are desperately looking for greener pastures. Siblings are scattered around the world and might not get to see each other for a while, parents are saying farewell to their children in their old age. It's sad
@i_am_eyitayo I hope people will calm down & understand what you mean with this tweet. All of us - my brother & sisters know how to cook, my ward & son will be taught to cook + do other stuff at home. I washed my dad’s car growing up & can wash mine today. Being self sustaining is important.
A while ago, I was chatting with a Female Colleague at work. She mentioned that she cooks EVERYDAY. Her family doesn’t eat stale food. She has 2 kids. A 10 year old boy and a 7year old girl.
I kept thinking about what she said for sometime as I became uncomfortable.
Our parents may not have been verbal & effusive about their love for us. But they sure showed it in different ways. My Dad would never finish the food on his plate, asking one of us to finish it. It was a call of greatness. We lobbied to be called. It tasted better than our own.
This is my friend, Bishop Khaemba. He is a well known men of God in Kenya. He invited me to preach in Kenya. After preaching, I told him not to go to Nigeria except he has money, because he looks like a certain Nigerian. Who does he look like? Let’s see if can guess

In the midst of a war, Ukrainians stayed in queue to withdraw cash from the ATM, maintaining the same order as in peace time. Stuck in traffic as the reverse end of the road was free, there was no attempt to drive against traffic. All in the midst of Putin’s chaos.
