“We will fight until the very end for the genuine freedom of our country.

Adiala Jail is being unlawfully controlled by a Colonel, which is entirely illegal. According to the jail manual, the jail authorities should be in charge, yet this Colonel disregards the law and has taken complete control. Despite being permitted by prison regulations, my meetings with my wife have been repeatedly obstructed. This is the third time that I have been denied a meeting with Bushra Bibi. Even though there are court orders, I am not allowed to meet her. I am also prevented from meeting political figures. People travel great distances to see me, yet they are forced to wait for hours and ultimately denied permission. Even my books are being withheld. The purpose of all these actions is to increase pressure on me and my wife, but we will not break!

Our petitions regarding human rights violations are still pending in the Lahore High Court before Justice Baqar Najafi, the Islamabad High Court, and the Supreme Court, yet no hearings have taken place. The sanctity of homes and personal privacy is being violated, and unlawful raids are being carried out. We are not even allowed to hold a rally or a convention. The Constitution grants us the right to assemble, yet our constitutional rights are being taken away. Human rights are being trampled upon across the country, and we are living in an era of utter despondency.

Pakistan has long been recognized internationally due to its cricketing prowess, but now, even this sector is being destroyed because of the appointment of favored individuals. What credibility does Mohsin Naqvi have besides being a pawn of the establishment? He has wreaked havoc on cricket. The entire cricket system functions under the chairman’s supervision, yet Mohsin Naqvi has no experience in this field. It is essential for a bowler to play Test cricket to build stamina, but selections are now being made of players who have never played a single Test match. When I was Prime Minister, I appointed Ramiz Raja as Chairman—an experienced cricketer.

When Mohsin Naqvi was first appointed as the caretaker Chief Minister, his tenure was marked with unprecedented human rights violations. On February 8th (2024), the largest electoral fraud in the country's history occurred under his supervision, where he oversaw electoral manipulation in Punjab. Now, as Interior Minister, the law-and-order situation in Pakistan has worsened. He has failed in every domain. Mohsin Naqvi considers Asif Zardari his role model — the same Asif Zardari who is known worldwide as "Mr. Ten Percent". What kind of performance can be expected from someone who idolizes him?

Only the party officials appointed by me to do so are authorized to issue party policy statements.

Party discipline is of utmost importance. The battle is against external adversaries, but speaking against our own members and diverting attention from the real issues only serves the agenda of other parties. Sher Afzal Marwat did not refrain from making controversial statements despite my repeated warnings, which is why he has been expelled from the party.”

انسانی حقوق سے متعلق ہماری پٹیشنز ابھی تک لاہور ہائی کورٹ میں جسٹس باقر نجفی، اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ اور سپریم کورٹ میں زیر التواء ہیں جن پر اب تک کوئی شنوائی نہیں ہوئی۔ ملک میں چادر چار دیواری کا تقدس پامال ہے، غیر قانونی چھاپے مارے جا رہے ہیں ہمیں ایک جلسہ یا کنونشن تک کرنے کی اجازت نہیں ہے۔ آئین ہمیں یہ حق دیتا ہے کہ ہم جلسے کریں لیکن ہم سے ہمارے آئینی حقوق چھینے جا رہے ہیں۔ ملک میں ہر طرف انسانی حقوق پامال ہیں اور اندھیروں کا دور دورہ ہے۔

پاکستان کو کرکٹ کی وجہ سے بین الاقوامی سطح پر پذیرائی ملتی آئی ہے مگر اب اس شعبے کی بھی منظور نظر افراد کی بھرتیاں کر کے تباہی کر دی گئی ہے۔ محسن نقوی کی ساکھ کیا ہے؟ سوائے اس کے کہ وہ اسٹیبلشمنٹ کا ٹاؤٹ ہے۔ اس نے کرکٹ کی تباہی کر دی ہے۔ کرکٹ کے حوالے سے پورا نظام چیئرمین کے زیر سایہ ہوتا ہے، محسن نقوی کے پاس کرکٹ کے حوالے سے کوئی تجربہ نہیں ہے۔ کسی بھی باؤلر کے لیے بہت ضروری ہوتا ہے کہ وہ ٹیسٹ کرکٹ کھیلتا ہو تاکہ اس میں stamina موجود ہو مگر یہاں ٹیم میں ایسی سلیکشن کی گئی ہے جس میں کھلاڑیوں نے ایک ٹیسٹ میچ تک نہیں کھیلا۔ جب میں وزیراعظم تھا تو رمیز راجہ کو چیئرمین بنایا تھا جو کرکٹ کا کھلاڑی اور تجربہ کار تھا۔

محسن نقوی کو پہلے نگران وزیراعلٰی لگایا گیا اس کے دور میں جس طرح انسانی حقوق کی پامالی ہوئی اس کی مثال نہیں ملتی۔ آٹھ فروری کو ملک کا سب سے بڑا فراڈ ہوا تب بھی یہی نگران وزیراعلٰی تھا اور اس کی سرپرستی میں پنجاب میں انتخابی فراڈ ہوا۔ اب یہ وزیر داخلہ ہے اور پاکستان میں امن و امان کے حالات خراب ہیں یہ شخص ہر شعبے میں ناکام ہے۔ محسن نقوی آصف زرداری کو اپنا آئیڈیل مانتا ہے وہی آصف زرداری جس کے مسٹر ٹین پرسنٹ کے قصے پوری دنیا میں مشہور ہیں جس شخص کا آئیڈیل آصف زرداری جیسا شخص ہو اس کی کارکردگی کیا ہی ہو سکتی ہے۔

"After the holy month of Ramadan, we will formulate a strategy in collaboration with all opposition parties and launch a nationwide protest movement. To this end, I have directed my negotiation committee to expedite communications. We will invite individuals from all sectors of Pakistan — including lawyers, farmers, laborers, scholars, and students — to participate in this protest and take to the streets to reclaim their rights. This protest will be for the restoration of democracy and the Constitution, and for our genuine freedom and sovereignty.

It is the duty of any judge to refrain from passing judgments or making remarks until both sides have been heard, as judicial comments and rulings influence not only the immediate cases but also future ones. Judicial ethics demand that a judge should exercise restraint when making remarks during hearings. Justice Musarrat Hilali should have considered both perspectives before making unilateral comments on the May 9th (2023) incident. No independent commission has been formed, nor have judicial inquiries been conducted regarding this incident. The police and intelligence agencies have not presented any evidence in court to support the cases they have registered concerning May 9th. Even CCTV footage of the incident is missing. The Supreme Court has already declared my arrest from the Islamabad High Court illegal.

We were the victims of oppression on May 9th. Our workers were martyred, yet we were held responsible and persecuted. The mothers and sisters of our nation were dragged through the streets that day in an absolutely disgraceful manner. The events of May 9th were a premeditated and an orchestrated false-flag operation, and no rational individual should have any doubt about this.

On that day, I was unlawfully and disrespectfully taken into custody by paramilitary Rangers from within the premises of the Islamabad High Court without a warrant, as part of a pre-planned scheme to provoke public outrage. Then, infiltrators were planted within our peaceful protests to turn them into a false-flag operation. Even before May 9th, lists of 10,000 of our workers had already been prepared, and within days, they were arrested. Under the pretense of May 9th, immense oppression and fascism were unleashed upon the people of Pakistan. Our people were martyred and injured, thousands were illegally detained in raids, forcibly disappeared, and handed over into military custody where they were subjected to torture. Many of our leaders and workers remain wrongfully incarcerated to this day. The real objective of May 9th was to crush Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and this campaign continues. Under the guise of a fabricated narrative about May 9th, people’s fundamental rights have been stripped away, depriving them of their right to live. In our country's history, only during the fall of Dhaka had a political party been treated in such a manner, where even the dignity and innocence of women and children was violated.

Despite our repeated demands, no judicial commission has been formed to investigate the events of May 9th and November 26th (2024). The truth would have been revealed to the public if such a commission had been established. The purpose of a judicial commission is to conduct transparent investigations into disputed matters and determine the real culprits, based on facts. We also demanded the retrieval of CCTV footage related to the May 9th incidents. We have approached every court regarding human rights violations. A bench of the Lahore High Court, headed by Justice Baqar Najafi, heard our petition, but its decision has been ‘reserved’ for over a year and a half. From Aamer Farooq to Qazi Faez Isa and now Yahya Afridi and the constitutional bench, no one heard our human rights petitions. 1/2

If no action is taken against the serious human rights violations committed by the state during tragedies like May 9 (2023) and November 26 (2024), justice will remain unattainable in this country. On May 9th (2023) and November 26th (2024), our unarmed, democracy-loving supporters faced extreme brutality. Peaceful citizens were shot and martyred, over 100,000 raids were conducted on citizens’ homes in three years, more than 20,000 workers and supporters were arrested, and hundreds were abducted and tortured. Thousands of innocent individuals were imprisoned for months under fabricated cases. Political engagement has been criminalized. Civilians have been subjected to torture in military custody, and the human rights violations once limited to Balochistan have now spread across the entire country. In my cases, "pocket judges" are being handpicked, my lawyers are barred from attending jail trials, and only selected journalists are granted access at will. This systemic breakdown follows the 26th Constitutional Amendment, which has completely dismantled the justice system, allowing the rule of force to prevail. People's fundamental right to live is being stripped away. Unless Pakistan is rescued from this quagmire, the country cannot move forward.

Given the aforementioned points, it is imperative that the establishment immediately revises its policies to prevent further damage to the institution of the army. The elite, who have plundered the national treasury and amassed wealth abroad, will simply flee on the next flight. Instead of expending the entire system’s energy on protecting this clique, the focus must shift toward setting the right priorities and addressing the needs of the 240 million Pakistanis whose lives and futures are rooted in this country.
The only path to Pakistan’s survival and progress is to rise above personal interests, learn from past mistakes, and align all actions and policies with the Constitution and the rule of law.
For political and economic stability, it is crucial to bridge the gulf between the armed forces and the people. The only way to achieve this is for the military to withdraw from politics and focus solely on its constitutionally mandated responsibilities. If this does not happen, these widening rifts will become national security fault lines.” 3/3

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Third Open Letter to Army Chief, General Asim Munir - February 13, 2025

“I am neither seeking any deal for myself nor any concession for my party. As a former Prime Minister and a patriotic Pakistani, my sole concern is the restoration of my army’s reputation and the national interest of my beloved country. Despite the fact that the army is engaged in a war against terrorism and facing daily casualties, there is a lack of harmony between the public and the military due to the establishment’s policies.

I urge the ISPR to refrain from presenting false narratives. Repeatedly claiming that the armed forces do not interfere in politics is an insult to the intelligence of the nation. In this era of social media, nothing can be concealed. Every citizen of the country is aware that it is the Army Chief who runs the system of this country. Be it electoral rigging, the buying and selling of parliamentarians, the destruction of the judiciary, or oppressive laws restricting public opinion—both our well-informed nation and the international community are aware of the invisible hands orchestrating these actions. Therefore, I request that falsehoods be avoided, as they only tarnish the reputation of the military as an institution.
I will highlight five key points that have pushed Pakistan to the brink of devastation:

1. Imposing Rejected Figures on the Nation through Rigged Elections
The establishment’s policy of installing rejected leaders through rigged elections is causing immense harm to the country. Not long ago, the nation was being informed about the corruption scandals involving assets such as Surrey Mansion and Mayfair Flats. However, the entire state machinery and agencies were deployed not only to conduct massive pre-election rigging but also to orchestrate the biggest post-election fraud in history, forcibly imposing these same individuals on the nation.
Efforts have been made to propagate the narrative that the cases against the Sharif and Zardari families were politically motivated. However, the truth is that no corruption cases were initiated against them during our tenure. Intelligence agencies gathered evidence of their corruption. General Ehtesham Zamir and Farooq Leghari had compiled dossiers detailing their billions of rupees worth of corruption and money laundering. The NAB (National Accountability Bureau) was never under our control; General Bajwa was the one who controlled it. All cases against them predated our tenure. The only case initiated during our government was the Ramzan Sugar Mills case against Shehbaz Sharif, which has also been closed. The nation has witnessed how these individuals, tainted by NAB cases, were granted a clean slate through a backdoor deal and reimposed on Pakistan. The amendments in NAB laws, which effectively granted them an NRO, have inflicted an economic loss of 1,100 billion Rupees on the country. If one traces this fraudulent scheme, all puppet strings lead to a single hand, and the army is bearing the brunt of the blame.

2. The Destruction of Democracy
Democracy thrives on moral authority. A government can only function democratically if it possesses ethical legitimacy. Over the past three decades, Pakistan had gradually progressed toward democratic restoration. The judiciary had attained some independence through sustained struggle, the media had gained a degree of freedom, and the country was on a path to improvement. However, first, our government was ousted through a conspiracy. Then, not only was a fraudulent government installed, but the Constitution was violated to ensure their continued rule. Elections were postponed, all possible pre-election manipulations were carried out, our election symbol was taken away through Qazi Faez Isa, our key candidates were barred from contesting, and even our election campaign was suppressed. 1/3

کسی بھی جج کا فرض ہے کہ جب تک دونوں اطراف کا موقف نہ سن لے کوئی فیصلہ یا ریمارکس نہ دے کیونکہ ججز کے ریمارکس اور فیصلوں کے نہ صرف متعلقہ مقدمات بلکہ مستقبل کے مقدمات پر بھی اثرات مرتب ہوتے ہیں۔ ججز کا ضابطہ اخلاق اس بات کا متقاضی ہوتا ہے کہ کوئی بھی جج مقدمہ سنتے ہوئے ایسے ریمارکس دینے سے احتراض برتے۔ جسٹس مسرت ہلالی صاحبہ کو نو مئی کے واقعے پر یکطرفہ ریمارکس دینے سے قبل دونوں اطراف کا موقف سننا چاہیئے۔ ابھی تک اس واقعے پر کوئی شفاف کمیشن نہیں بنا نہ ہی کوئی عدالتی تحقیقات کی گئی ہیں۔ پولیس اور ایجینسیز نے جو مقدمات نو مئی کے حوالے سے بنائے ہیں ان پر عدالتوں میں کوئی ثبوت پیش نہیں کر سکے۔ اس واقعے کی سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج تک غائب ہے۔ سپریم کورٹ اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ سے میرے اغوا کو غیر قانونی قرار دے چُکی ہے۔

نو مئی کے واقعات میں ظلم بھی ہم پر کیا گیا، کارکنان بھی ہمارے شہید کیے گئے، الزام بھی ہم پر لگایا گیا اور سزا بھی ہمیں دی گئی۔ نو مئی کے دن جس طرح قوم کی ماؤں بہنوں کو سڑکوں پر گھسیٹ کر ان کی توہین کی گئی وہ شرمناک ہے۔ نو مئی باقاعدہ منصوبہ بندی سے عمل میں لایا جانے والا ایک پلانٹڈ فالس فلیگ آپریشن تھا اس میں کسی بھی ذی شعور کو کوئی شبہ
نہیں ہونا چاہیئے۔

مجھے نو مئی والے دن اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کی حدود سے ایک سوچے سمجھے منصوبے کے تحت بغیر وارنٹ کے رینجرز کے ہاتھوں توہین آمیز انداز میں، غیر قانونی طور پرحراست میں لیا گیا تاکہ عوام کے جذبات ابھارے جا سکیں اور پھر اپنے لوگ شامل کروا کر پر امن احتجاج کو فالس فلیگ میں بدل دیا جائے۔ نو مئی سے پہلے ہی ہمارے دس ہزار کارکنان کی فہرستیں تیار تھیں جنھیں چند دنوں میں گرفتار کر لیا گیا۔ نو مئی کی آڑ میں پاکستان کی عوام پر ظلم و فسطائیت کے پہاڑ توڑے گئے۔ ہمارے لوگوں کو شہید اور زخمی کیا گیا، ہزاروں کارکنان کو غیر قانونی چھاپے مار کر گرفتار کیا گیا، جبری طور پر اغواء اور گمشدہ کیا گیا، لوگوں کو ملٹری حراست میں دے کر تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا گیا۔ ہمارے کئی لیڈران اور کارکنان ابھی تک ان مقدمات میں نا حق پابند سلاسل ہیں۔ نو مئی کا مقصد تحریک انصاف کو کچلنا تھا اور یہ سلسلہ اب بھی جاری ہے۔ نو مئی کے جھوٹے بیانیے کی آڑ میں لوگوں کے بنیادی حقوق سلب کر کے ان سے جینے کا حق چھینا گیا۔ ملکی تاریخ میں اس سے پہلے صرف سقوط ڈھاکہ کے وقت کسی سیاسی جماعت کے ساتھ ایسا سلوک کیا گیا تھا کہ عورتوں کی حرمت اور بچوں تک کا لحاظ نہیں کیا گیا۔

ہمارے بارہا مطالبے کے باوجود نو مئی اور 26 نومبر پر جوڈیشل کمیشن قائم نہیں کیا گیا۔ اگر جوڈیشل کمیشن کا قیام ہو جاتا تو عوام کے سامنے سب حقائق آ جاتے۔ جوڈیشل کمیشن کے قیام کا مقصد ہی یہی ہوتا ہے کہ جن معاملات پر دو رائے موجود ہوں ان کی شفاف تحقیقات کر کے اصل حقائق کی روشنی میں مجرمان کا تعین کیا جا سکے۔ ہم نو مئی کے واقعات کی سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج برآمد کرنے کا بھی مطالبہ کرتے ہیں۔ ہم نے انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں سے متعلق ہر عدالت سے رجوع کیا۔ جسٹس باقر نجفی کی سربراہی میں لاہور ہائی کورٹ کے ایک بینچ نے ہماری پٹیشن سنی جس کا فیصلہ ڈیڑھ سال سے “محفوظ” ہی ہے- عامر فاروق سے لے کر قاضی فائز عیسی تک اور اب یحیٰی آفریدی اور آئینی بینچ کے سربراہ نے بھی انسانی حقوق سے متعلق ہماری درخواستوں پر کوئی سنوائی نہیں کی۔ اب بھی اگر جوڈیشل کمیشن کا قیام ہو جائے تو نو مئی پر ریاست کا جھوٹا بیانیہ زمین بوس ہو جائے گا جسے عوام پہلے ہی 8 فروری 2024 کو مسترد کر چکی ہے-

اس ملک کے ہر ادارے پر اس وقت نادیدہ قوتوں کا قبضہ ہے۔ اڈیالہ جیل اس وقت ایک کرنل کے کنٹرول میں ہے جو نہ قانون کی پاسداری کرتا ہے اور نہ ہی جیل مینول کی۔ میرے لوگ دور دراز علاقوں پنجاب، سندھ ، کے پی ، آزاد کشمیر سے مجھ سے ملنے آتے ہیں مگر ان کو ملاقات کی اجازت نہیں دی جاتی جو کہ میرے بنیادی حقوق کی خلاف ورزی ہے۔ میرے بچوں تک سے میری بات نہیں کروائی جاتی تاکہ مجھ پر دباؤ بڑھایا جا سکے”۔

سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان کا آرمی چیف جنرل عاصم منیر کے نام تیسرا کھلا خط:

میں اپنی ذات کے لیے کوئی ڈیل یا اپنی جماعت کے لیے کسی سے کوئی رعایت نہیں مانگ رہا- بطور سابق وزیراعظم اور محب وطن پاکستانی مجھے صرف اپنی فوج کی ساکھ کی بحالی اور وطن عزیز کا مفاد مقصود ہے۔ اس امر کے باوجود کہ فوج دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ لڑ رہی ہے اورروزانہ شہادتیں ہو رہی ہیں، اسٹیبلشمنٹ کی پالیسیوں کے باعث عوام اور فوج کے درمیان ہم آہنگی نہیں ہے۔

میں آئی ایس پی آر سے کہتا ہوں کہ جھوٹا بیانیہ نہ دیا کریں۔ بار بار یہ کہنا کہ فوج سیاست میں مداخلت نہیں کرتی، قوم کی عقل کی توہین ہے۔ سوشل میڈیا کے اس دور میں کوئی چیز نہیں چھپ سکتی، ملک کا بچہ بچہ واقف ہے کہ آرمی چیف ہی اس ملک کا نظام چلاتے ہیں۔ انتخابات میں دھاندلی ہو یا اراکین پارلیمینٹ کی خرید و فروخت، عدلیہ کی تباہی ہو یا عوامی رائے دہی پر قدغن کے کالے قانون، ناصرف ہماری باشعور قوم بلکہ عالمی برادری کو بھی معلوم ہے کہ اس کے پیچھے کون سے "نامعلوم” ہاتھ کارفرما ہیں۔ لہذا میری ان سے گزارش ہے کہ غلط بیانی سے گریز کیا کریں کیونکہ یہ صرف من حیث الادارہ فوج کی بدنامی کا سبب بنتی ہے۔

میں پانچ نکات پر روشنی ڈالوں گا جس کی وجہ سے پاکستان آج تباہی کے دہانے پر کھڑا ہے:

۱- دھاندلی زدہ انتخابات کے ذریعے قوم کی جانب سے مسترد شدہ چہروں کو ملک پر مسلط کرنا:
اسٹیبلشمنٹ کی اس پالیسی کی وجہ سے ملک کا شدید نقصان ہو رہا ہے۔ ابھی چند سال قبل تک جن کی سرے محل اور مے فئیر فلیٹس جیسی بے شمار کرپشن کی داستانیں قوم کو سنائی جا رہی تھیں، انہی کے لیے پوری ریاستی مشینری اور ایجینسیز کو استعمال کر کے ناصرف قبل از انتخابات بدترین دھاندلی کی گئی بلکہ پولنگ ڈے اور اس کے بعد بھی تاریخ کا سب سے بڑا ڈاکہ ڈالا گیا اور ان کو قوم پر مسلط کر دیا گیا۔

یہ بیانیہ بنانے کی کوشش کی جاتی ہے کہ شریف خاندان اور زرداری پر کیسز سیاسی نوعیت کے تھے، حالانکہ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ ہمارے دور میں نیب کے کوئی کیسز نہیں بنائے گئے- انٹیلی جنس ایجینسیوں نے انکی کرپشن کے ثبوت اکٹھے کئے- جنرل احتشام ضمیر اور فاروق لغاری نے ان کے اربوں روپے کرپشن اور منی لانڈرنگ کے ڈوزئیر دئیے تھے کہ یہ لوگ کتنے کرپٹ ہیں- نیب تو ہمارے کنٹرول میں بھی نہیں تھا، جنرل باجوہ نیب کو کنٹرول کرتا تھا- انکے خلاف تمام کیسز ہمارے دور سے پہلے بنائے گئے- ہمارے دور میں صرف شہباز شریف کے خلاف مقصود چپڑاسی والا رمضان شوگر مل کیس بنا- اس کیس کو بھی بند کر دیا گیا ہے۔ قوم نے دیکھا کہ انھی نیب زدہ چہروں کو ڈیل کی ڈرائی کلین مشین سے گزار کر دوبارہ پاکستان پر مسلط کر دیا گیا۔ نیب ترامیم کے ذریعے این آر او دینے کے اس عمل سے ملکی معیشت کو ۱۱۰۰ ارب روپے کا نقصان ہوا۔ اس فراڈ کے تانے بانے ملائیں تو تمام کٹھ پتلیوں کی ڈوریاں ایک ہی ہاتھ کی طرف جاتی ہیں اور اسکا سارا نزلہ فوج پر گر رہا ہے-

۲ - جمہوریت کا خاتمہ:
جمہوریت اخلاقیات پر چلتی ہے- حکومت کے پاس اخلاقی قوت ہو تو ہی جمہوریت چل سکتی ہے- 30 سال لگا کر پاکستان میں رفتہ رفتہ جمہوریت کی کچھ بحالی ہوئی تھی، عدلیہ مسلسل جدوجہد سے خودمختار ہوئی تھی اور میڈیا کچھ آزاد ہوا تھا اور ملک بہتری کی طرف جا رہا تھا۔ لیکن پہلے سازش سے ہماری حکومت کو ہٹایا گیا، پھر ناصرف ایک جعلی حکومت کو مسلط کیا گیا بلکہ ان کو دوبارہ ملک پر مسلط کرنے کے لیے آئین توڑا گیا، انتخابات ملتوی کیے گئے، الیکشن سے پہلے ہر حربہ آزمایا گیا، قاضی فائز عیسٰی کے ذریعے ہمارا نشان چھینا گیا، ہمارے ترجیحی امیدواروں کو میدان سے ہٹوایا گیا، حتیٰ کہ الیکشن کمپین تک نہیں کرنے دی گئی- یہ سب کرنے کے باوجود جب الیکشن میں پاکستانی عوام نے ہمیں دو تہائی سے بھی زیادہ نشستوں پر کامیاب کیا تو فارم 47 کے ذریعے رزلٹ تبدیل کر کے صرف 17 سیٹیں جیتنے والی پارٹی کو ملک پر مسلط کر دیا- اور اس انتخابی فراڈ کو چھپائے رکھنے کے لیے اور تحریک انصاف کو کچلنے کی کوشش میں جمہوریت کو مکمل طور پر پاؤں تلے روند دیا گیا ہے۔
الیکشن آڈٹ کے خودمختار ادارے “پتن” کی رپورٹ اس سلسلے میں سب کی آنکھیں کھولنے کے لیے کافی ہے کہ کیسے اس ملک میں جمہوریت کا نقصان کر کے دھاندلی کے 64 نئے طریقے اپنائے گئے۔ میڈیا پر بدترین قدغنیں لگا کر اور انسانی حقوق کو پامال کر کے جمہوریت کے تمام ستونوں کو برباد کر دیا گیا ہے۔ لوگوں کو ان کے نمائندگان چننے کا حق نہیں ہے۔
الغرض جمہوریت کے تمام بنیادی ستون بشمول خودمختار عدلیہ، حق آزادئ رائے، آزاد میڈیا اور انسانی حقوق ختم کر دئیے گئے ہیں۔ اس سب کے پیچھے بنیادی طور پر تحریک انصاف کو کچلنے اور الیکشن ڈاکے پر پردہ ڈالنے کی قبیح کوشش کارفرما ہے۔

سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان کا "یوم یکجہتی کشمیر" کے حوالے سے خصوصی پیغام

یوم یکجہتئ کشمیر پر ہم اس عہد کی تجدید کرتے ہیں کہ ہم من حیث القوم کشمیریوں کے حقوق کے حصول تک ان کی سفارتی، اخلاقی اور سیاسی حمایت جاری رکھیں گے۔ 7 دہائیوں سے کشمیر پر تسلط اور جبر و فسطائیت کا راج ہے اس کے باوجود کشمیریوں کا جذبہء آزادی ماند نہیں پڑ سکا۔ اس میں عقل والوں کے لیے یہ پیغام پنہاں ہے کہ بندوق کے زور سے نظریات تبدیل کئے جا سکتے ہیں نہ جذبہ آزادی کو مٹایا جا سکتا ہے۔ اس سے میرے اس بیانیے کو بھی تقویت ملتی ہے کہ فوجیں تعینات کرنے سے کبھی بھی سول مسائل کا حل ممکن نہیں ہوتا۔

کشمیریوں کو اقوم متحدہ کی قراردادوں کی روشنی میں ان کا حق خود ارادیت ملنا چاہیے۔ اس خطے میں پائیدار امن کے لیے مسئلہ کشمیر کا حل ناگزیر ہے جس کے لیے اقوام عالم کو اپنا کردار ادا کرنا چاہیے۔ میں ایک مرتبہ پھر عالمی برادری سے مطالبہ کرتا ہوں کہ وہ کشمیر میں انسانی حقوق کی سنگین خلاف ورزیوں کا نوٹس لے اور اقوامِ متحدہ کی قراردادوں کے مطابق مسئلہ کشمیر کے منصفانہ حل کے لیے اپنا کردار ادا کرے۔

بطور وزیراعظم میں نے مسئلہ کشمیر اجاگر کرنے کے لیے سفارتی سطح پر مسلسل کوششیں کیں۔ میرا شروع دن سے یہی موقف ہے کہ پاکستان اور بھارت میں دوستانہ تعلقات کا قیام اقوم متحدہ کی قراردادوں کے مطابق مسئلہ کشمیر کے حل سے مشروط ہے۔

پاکستان میں جب بھی تحریک انصاف کی حکومت واپس آئی کشمیری عوام کی آزادی کے لیے جدوجہد کو اسی سرے سے دوبارہ شروع کیا جائے گا۔ بحیثیت قوم پاکستانی اپنے کشمیری بھائیوں کے ساتھ تب تک کھڑے رہیں گے جب تک ان پر آزادی کا سورج طلوع نہیں ہوتا۔ انشاء اللہ وہ دن آ کر رہے گا جب میری کشمیری قوم کو آزاد فضا میں سانس لینا نصیب ہو گااور اس جنت نظیر وادی میں بندوقوں کی بجائے آزادی کے نغمے گونجیں گے، انشاء اللہ

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Conversation with Lawyers and Media at Adiala Jail - February 10, 2025

“I applaud the public for their participation in the nationwide protests on February 8th, including in Punjab, Sindh, and Swabi. Despite this era of blatant fascism, people continue to respond to my call, breaking the shackles of fear, proving that the nation is now determined to attain genuine sovereignty at any cost. The fraudulent, subservient government is fearful. Raids were conducted across the country, and individuals were subjected to violence. Under the pretext of cricket, we were denied permission to hold a rally at Minar-e-Pakistan, which clearly indicates the panic and desperation of this worthless government.
My letter to the Army Chief was written with the sincere intentions for the betterment of the country. This is my nation, and I am deeply concerned about its future. I would like to address the DG ISPR and state that the reputation of the military is being completely ruined. While you claim to be uninvolved in politics, every citizen is aware that the country's affairs are being controlled by the Army Chief. Individuals like Mohsin Naqvi, who have never even contested a councilor’s election, have been imposed upon the nation, wielding authority over everything from cricket to internal and external affairs.
Repression and fascism are rampant in the country. The 26th Constitutional Amendment has effectively dismantled the Supreme Court’s independence. Justice Qazi Faez Isa was the most biased and shameless Chief Justice in history, surpassing even Justice Munir in his misdeeds. During his tenure, democracy was trampled upon and human rights were grossly violated, yet instead of taking action against this injustice, he facilitated every illegal move. Rule of law and human rights have been severely compromised. Sham elections were carried out and the people were deprived of their mandate. The Chief Election Commissioner and Qazi Faez Isa served as facilitators of the establishment, and in the process, betrayed their offices and the nation. As a result, a forged parliament, a fraudulent prime minister, and a phony president have been installed.
What Qazi Faez Isa was being used for is now being done by the Constitutional Bench. The country has been reduced to a banana republic. Judges are supposed to hear both sides of an argument, but, one-sided decisions are being handed down here.
I would like to send a special message to Justice Yahya Afridi: Given the state of law and human rights in the country, you should take a stand against this injustice and become an honorable part of history, rather than playing a disgraceful role like Qazi Faez Isa.
Voices of media and social media have been silenced through the draconian amendments to the PECA law. State of the internet in the country is evident to all. The economy has suffered a loss of $1.7 billion. The country is experiencing a rapid brain drain, with 1.7 million people having moved abroad. Economic devastation and unemployment have left the entire nation distressed.
We demanded commissions be formed to investigate May 9th (2023) and November 26th (2024) because we knew that negotiations were a mere facade. Forming a commission on the events of February 8th (2024) was way out of their league. Had their intentions been sincere, they would have established commissions on May 9th and November 26th to uncover the truth, as these were matters related to human rights violations that required immediate action. However, nothing was done. The establishment murdered unarmed civilians on November 26th when they ordered opening fire on them. 1/2
