@CRED_club I’m moving my credit card payment to BHIM now because your app is doing opposite of customer satisfaction.

1. You force me to signup for Biometric UPI. And now you have made it too difficult for me to avoid so i moved app

2. You force me to see an add of Indusind credit card when i just wanted to list all my credit cards. There is this 3 second animation which cannot be skipped as well

3. Your Cred coins are useless and annoying because when i play that 777 jackpot game, i am so much forced to see the entire animation. It uses 1000 coins at a time and i have more than 5 Lac. Each animation takes around 3 seconds. I have stopped playing those things

4. Your CRED store is also useless because i pay coins to avail an offer which is available on Flipkart or Amazon for even less price. So i waste coins (which are anyways useless) to see price of items. I still spend coins on it because spending doesn’t take 3 seconds of forceful waiting.

5. Except your reminder feature, everything else is kind of scam or useless.

I had to write this long post to atleast tell you to fix your house else it will go on to bottom soon.

I have already recommending my friends to use BHIM for credit cards because it also have a reminder feature which is non-invasive

@Rishikaqtspeaks @Flipkart It forces you to use Minutes everytime i open the app. In night its worst, when minutes is closed it force me to change address. All i wanted was to simply open Flipkart.

Why can’t they have two icons - one for flipkart and one for Minutes?
