@JayJenk69014792 Some customers can break them in during the average 10 hours of wear, but some need a bit more time depending on their arch type. You can break them in slowly and take advantage of our 90-day return policy. I hope this helps!

@JayJenk69014792 Hi, Jay! The best solution for your concern is to actually use the insoles. They will flatten and widen around the arch and heel area by up to 80% over time through continued use but will maintain a base amount of support once they've molded.

@walkfulton I battle plantar fasciitis in one foot and Fulton inserts are the best I’ve found. Huge difference. People who knock inserts have never had foot pain. A good insert can be a game changer.

@MGM_OO6 Great question! We don't have the exact answer for this since it really depends on a lot of factors such as the shoes, usage, and the activities you do with the Insoles. However, from our team's experience, we noticed that the Insoles last for about a year with regular use.
