@DaikinIndia I am highly disappointed with the service provided by your dealer, Aircon Cooling Solutions Pvt Ltd. Despite multiple follow-ups, our order (Invoice No: AIRCON/063/22-23) dated 24-Aug-2022 remains incomplete. The remote controllers, part of the order, have not been delivered yet.

We have contacted the authorized person, Mr. Simran Singh, several times through messages and calls. However, we have not received any proper response or resolution. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable and impacts our business operations significantly.

We urge @DaikinIndia to take immediate action to resolve this matter and ensure the prompt delivery of the pending items. Customer service should be a priority, and this experience has been far from satisfactory.
