Question: Does Titus have authority over the elders he appointed? If he does then the 3 roles aren’t interchangeable and aren’t the same office - except a small house church

@TheWatchmanHQ @MikeWingerii If that’s true then pastor/elder/bishop are not interchangeable as Wes/Mike claims. There can be an overlap but clearly not the same interchangeable roles. If I start my own church, yes, I can serve all 3 roles but that’s not the model we see with Paul and Titus.

Regardless, what you are saying makes no sense. If Paul’s oral traditions were already contained in scripture there will be no reason for him to tell them to hold on to it.
