An absolutes amazing night watching “An evening with The Fast Show”.
@JohnnyThomson2 @PaulWhitehouse and all the team were fantastic, too many belly laughs, and also a very touching tribute to Caroline Aherne.
I chuckled all the way home, annoying the wife with catchphrases.

@benmcbean Never be “embarrassed” for sharing your fight, as there are so many out there battling their own demons.
If you share, you may just save one person from that final leap.
Keep sharing, keep fighting, keep talking. Not every day is easy.

@benmcbean Good effort mate. You inspired me to make changes after our chat. I’m back training, putting a few words down from my memories, and taken a job that gives me more head space.
Keep up the posts, it can only serve to promote how injuries, and service affect people in many ways.

@benmcbean Honestly don’t see why you have to apologise or remove a post, you are highlighting the ongoing fight with your physical injuries from 16 years ago.
Keep fighting and raising awareness. If we don’t it sanitises war and its effects to make it more palatable.

@itvnews please go back to your old format for the evening news. 30 minutes of local and the same of National is more than enough. I have stopped watching the hour long session. News is so freely available why do we need this. Depressing and boring. Light entertainment needed.
