*Cuttack Heritage Walks* is celebrating its Seventh Anniversary on 27th April(Sunday).

Raja Parija is a former bureaucrat, an avid traveller, an independent researcher and an ace photographer. He did his Post-graduation in History, Bachelor in Law and P G Diploma in Tourism.
He retired as a senior member of the Odisha Administrative Service. During his more than three decades of service, he gathered a lot of administrative experience in Handlooms Textiles and in Tribal Affairs.
He has several volumes to his credit.
