Here’s the kicker: the accused gunman was ALREADY ON PROBATION for a previous firearm-related aggravated assault.

He could have faced up to NINE YEARS, but got probation instead of jail time.

It’s almost like the problem isn’t a lack of gun laws. (Trust us - there's NO SHORTAGE of gun laws already on the books).

The problem is that this is what happens when the justice system gives someone convicted of a violent firearm offense PROBATION.
