I need help with my unemployment. I’ve been thru an appeal for PUA and FED-ED but was denied. Last August I could have filed a new claim, but system has never given me the option at all. Please help me! @CA_EDD @chadmayes @GavinNewsom

@AmazonFresh @amazon How about fixing the delivery times. The items I’ve tried to order aren’t available on Amazon, just Fresh. If you can’t deliver these items, why not put them on Amazon so they can ship to me. Tired of paying for Amazon if Fresh and Prime Now arenot available.

@FedEx @FedExHelp @LondonBreed @GavinNewsom Mayor Breed and Governor Newsom, FedEx is telling me that deliveries for SF have stopped until the ban has lifted. I sent the shelter in place faqs and saw FedEx delivering, but they didn’t respond back. Can you respond to them? Thanks!

@FedEx @FedExHelp Your helpdesk was no help finding my package that I needed delivered today. Telling me that it MAY be on a trailer and can’t be unloaded does not help when you didn’t return calls nor even update the fedex tracking. Really Abysmal, thanks for nothing.

@LuckyBrand I call again, get a mgr who offers a credit once wrong item rcvd. Then I order an alt item which you billed me in full again. Print the return label only to find out I have to go to UPS. That’s it,I’m disputing the charge & cncd other item. No more ords from me. BYE!

@UPS @LuckyBrand Someone needs to do better. 1 order, 5 separate shipments with no updtd delivery. Put on wrong truck, and the rest slower than Pony Express. Call and no cst service except the canned spiel of “I’m sorry” “there’s nothing we can do”. That’s not cst svc, that’s BS!
