So ready for #bensler to return to my television as well as major character development for Elliot!☺️
Hey so what if we're taught that whole "my situation isn't 'bad enough' to call myself disabled" thing so that we artificially deflate our own numbers and continue to identify with oppressors rather than one another?
Claim your identity! Join the crip union! Organize!
You sir are an ableist. We have to work 10x harder for anything that neurotypical person could swoop up in seconds simply because it’s easier. You have no idea what people with autism or other disabilities/conditions are capable of. It’s okay I don’t expect you to understand. 😌

We need to dead this nonsense talk of persons with disability playing disabled roles. Soon everyone would ask for roles that points to them.
It is acting for a reason.
On the Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard note:
saying he's not a saint isn't the power move you think it is. Yes, he's human. Yes, he's had substance abuse issues. Does this in any way change that Amber admitted to hitting him? No. Him being fallible doesn't negate the abuse.
Just a reminder that Amber Heard:
•stole her friend’s r*pe story/used it as her own
•faked bruises w makeup
•faked self harm scars
•abused Johnny Depp to the point he had bruises in his movie premiere pics
and she still has her job in Aqua Man while Johnny was fired from FB
Your life is more than a grade.
Your life is more than a job.
Your life is more than a status.
Your life is more than a mistake.
Your life is more than a circumstance.
Your life is more than your life.
God gave you your life to find more than life in Him. Seek Life. Find Him.
Some of y’all can’t connect that the word “disabled” is used because a condition “disables” you or your body in one fashion or another therefore making it a “disability.”
Seriously, have y’all not read the definition of a disability under the ADA.
Makes sense...
Still believe that ableism is accidental and harmless?
Take a look at disability hate crime statistics.
Take a look at killing of disabled children by parents and caregivers.
The harm is pervasive and escalating.
I was a disabled child who was praised by the medical profession for walking up stairs. I was praised for going to mainstream school, for appearing ‘normal’. And do you know what that set me up for? A lifetime of approval seeking, basing my self-worth on others opinions.
