Character practice. Based on artwork "Dragon Rider" by @Alpyro_art. Happy with the practice overall, but could improve on cape and hair. Modeled in Blender, handpainted in Substance Painter

@younite I don't have any tutorial atm, but here's some some things I use, not sure if others use too.
- Slap a Sharpen filter on the top of the layer stack
- Filters like "Contrast Luminosity" and "Color Correct" help create contrast
- Use inverted Curvature map for a type of AO
Here's some cool procedural effects I made for a recent Roblox UGC Item. Denim tear thing and Embroidery thing. Modeled in Blender, textured in Substance Painter. Project res. 512x512.

@KinderDev Yeah, you should try. I spent some time just drawing random stuff with embroidery effect. It's cool to see the effects happen as you paint. Also cool to see the effect change as you tweak the settings
@devclancy No, I didn't watch any tutorial to create the ripped denim effect and embroidery effect. I suggest watching "paint peeling" by Wes McDermott, it's a very similar effect to what my ripped denim looks like.
