@SkyUK I would like to thank Ryan on your sales team. I have been having trouble with my account and trying for to sort with for 3 days! . A 1 hour conversation & 3 call backs later and he sorted all my issues and set me up for installation of TV and broadband. Amazing service 👍🏻

@SkyUK I really need to talk to someone regarding my account. There is no help on the website or in sky community. I've tried phoning but can't talk to someone because I'm not in the vulnerable category. How can get in touch?

@SkyHelpTeam I've recently signed up to a Sky TV and broadband package. I received a confirmation email but nothing since. When I log in to my account its showing as closed but shows my old account number as I used be with you for broadband. Can you help please?
