@lil_on_sea @wizzobravo @MichaelT1979 A good shout. Honestly, without huge investment in raising the rest of the salary points, bringing up the starting salary to £30k will have limited affect especially in retention of talented teachers.

The neu guidance is that for ups progression you need to show substantial and sustained achievements and contribution to the school.
