Get one 20 lb brisket. Cover with brisket rub. Smoke for 72 hours. Remove from smoker and carve standing in a pool.
Submerge brisket in pool for 4 hours to rehydrate.
Serve with lots of pool water. Chlorine tenderizes the meat.
