Last week I listened to a podcast covering former tech giants that fell, mentioning $BB (BlackBerry). Today, in a training session, the speaker brought up $BB in the exact same light.
I can be bias, but imo it points to a shift in perception.
Our VP of Business Development, Sarfraz Taj, recently joined the "From Policy to Power: Deploying Nuclear in Texas" panel at the @NuclearTexas 2026 Summit. The discussion centered on what it will take to bring nuclear power online in Texas. Two takeaways stood out:
1. ERCOT's demand signal is hard to ignore. Demand hit a record 91.1 GW on July 22, and the large-load interconnection queue holds more than four times that amount.
2. Texas' industrial ecosystem is built for new nuclear plants, with state incentives, a skilled workforce in adjacent industries, and a deep bench of universities, suppliers, and technology companies.
As Sarfraz put it, "The IMSR has a triple advantage: high temperature, low pressure, and inherent safety. Each of those characteristics simplifies the plant and improves its capital efficiency. And its tertiary molten salt loop enables integration of natural gas directly, so customers can get early power and early revenue that bolster the project's economics and reduces risk. Texas is establishing a world class ecosystem for new nuclear, and we're proud to be working with Texas A&M on IMSR Plant deployment."

1/12 $HGRAF
A important graphene commercialization story just emerged from Manchester.
Duo Packaging has launched 2DPEโข, a graphene-enhanced polyethylene film developed with the University of Manchesterโs GEIC โ and it is already being used commercially.
Had this zone mapped out on $HGRAF for a couple weeks and have now began adding shares. These weeks of dropping have all been on such insignificant volume that it can be erased in days once news is announced and real volume is experienced.
$IMSR - Announcement #2 just landed and I believe it's better than an MOU.
Called Ameresco back in July as my #1 candidate for the next commercial plant announcement and here's the confirmation two months later (link in sources).
Ameresco won a competitive U.S. Army procurement (Strategic Capital Initiatives) to develop a power project at Aberdeen Proving Ground; commercial generation for the regional grid plus energy resilience for one of the Army's most critical installations.
The nuclear technology for that project: the IMSR.
Highlights to keep in mind:
- The Army ran an RFP. Ameresco won it. Third-party competitive selection is a class above a memorandum, imo.
- The playbook repeats: phased gas-first โ nuclear. Same hybrid-bridge architecture as the Riot deal. The development outline showing twice is the template future deal will follow.
- Federal demand through the COMMERCIAL lane. An Army installation as host; importantly, reached with ZERO DOE authorization, fully on the NRC path. The NRC > DOE strategy just captured a federal site without pivoting to the DOE lane.
Maryland = third state (TX, KY, MD). First PJM market.
The funnel has a timeline now: June 2025 collaboration MOU โ competitive win โ named project in ~15 months. Riot might take about the same amount of time.
Scorecard: management guided 1-3 named projects for 2026. Riot in May. Aberdeen in September. That's 2, with a left quarter to spare.
Honest caveats: no MW split, no timeline, no disclosed contract value, and the gas phase comes first. Receipts to watch: an 8-K this week if there's a definitive supply agreement, and Maryland PSC / PJM filings.

$BB is live on Raydium.
BlackBerry is a software company focused on secure communications and embedded systems, with its QNX software used across more than 275 million vehicles.
Now trading 24/7 on Solana via @sunrise and @Backpack Securities.
They have a great story to tell! $SKYX I can attest to this having changed hundreds of outlets and light switches as a teenager running around upper Manhattan and the Bronx with my father.
I held the ladder while watching him standing on the top rung juggling the old light fixture or fan and the new light fixture/fan while at the same time handing him the anchor pieces, and wire nuts tie off the wires.
It may sound extreme, but the reality is, this will save lives. At the very least many injuries will be prevented.
@AuroraSpine Looking ahead to Q3 and Q4, what are the key operational milestones we should be watching that would give investors confidence that revenue growth is re-accelerating?
Why does L5โS1 deserve our attention?
Research shows that disc degeneration at L5โS1 affects 66.7% of men and 70.9% of women. At this same level, grade 2 stenosis was identified in 43% of lateral recesses and 62% of neural foramina.
These findings reinforce the clinical importance of L5โS1 and the need for treatment options designed to address degenerative lumbar pathology.
As part of The Integrity Campaign, Aurora Spine is committed to presenting the evidence clearly and allowing the facts to lead the conversation.
The ZIPโข MIS Interspinous Fusion System provides posterior, nonpedicle supplemental fixation from T1โS1 and is FDA cleared for supplemental fusion in patients with degenerative disc disease, lumbar spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, trauma, and/or tumor.
