@guardian Asked last year why she didn't include PPE Medpro in HoL register of interests, her lawyer replied: “Baroness Mone did not declare any interest as she did not benefit financially and was not connected to PPE Medpro in any capacity.” These leaked docs appear to contradict that.
Documents seen by @guardian indicate tens of millions of pounds of profits from PPE Medpro, which she helped secure a place in “VIP lane”, were later transferred to secret offshore trust of which Mone and adult children were beneficiaries.
EXCL: Tory peer Michelle Mone secretly received £29m from profits of PPE business awarded large government contracts after she recommended it to ministers - incredible investigative journalism from @david_conn

Tim Loughton(Tory MP) - I'm a 16 year old orphan, from an East African country, escaping a war zone & religious persecution, & I have a sibling legally in the UK... what is a safe & legal route for me to come to the UK?
Suella Braverman flounders badly
One person, fighting for more money for people who need it most to survive, is called the grinch. While the rich people above him are having a banquet.
Not a hint of irony.
The UK FINALLY has a way out of this Tory nightmare.
The Labour Party just voted to adopt Proportional Representation.
That is key to getting the Tories out at the next election and keeping them out of number 10 at future elections.
WELL FUCKING DONE TO EVERYONE BEHIND THIS!😍
The Tory right fought for everything it ever wanted - Brexit, sweeping tax cuts, control of the party - and got it all. What’s the result? Soaring interest rates, the pound at its lowest ever level, interest rates out of control, financial chaos.
Sewage being pumped into our seas by businesses making enormous profits while Tories call for *less* regulation of business sums up the state of the nation.
It’s time that we changed the way we elect our MPs so parliament finally reflects public opinion, and spends its time focusing on issues the majority care about. https://t.co/m6YziHKMYj
Andy Burnham has called on Labour to seize the moment and back proportional representation. Labour members have already backed reform, it's time for the party to follow suit. https://t.co/MVWAiCn9fZ
It never ceases to amaze me that a man who sold get rich quick schemes on the internet under a selection of false names can become a Secretary of State in Conservative governments.
