Un trágico hecho de tránsito se registró en el sector de CENMA, donde un peatón perdió la vida luego de ser atropellado por un bus.

Elementos de socorro y autoridades se hicieron presentes al lugar para realizar las diligencias correspondientes, mientras el tránsito en el sector se vio seriamente afectado.

Se recomienda a conductores y peatones tomar precauciones al circular por el área.

Through monitoring of channels specializing in the exposure of compromised assets (under the "The Mirror of Your Shadow" campaign), the publication of technical access credentials and data samples linked to the College of Professionals in Economic Sciences of Guatemala (CCEE) has been detected. The threat actor NemorisHacking claims to have gained access to the internal portal for the administration and management of electronic invoices.

🎯 Entity: College of Professionals in Economic Sciences of Guatemala (CCEE) / Support Infrastructure: Factoa (factoa .net).

👤 Threat Actor: NemorisHacking.

📂 Volume and Format: More than 4,000 customer and supplier records, initially distributed in structured .csv files.

📅 Incident Date: May 21, 2026.

⚠️ Verification Status: SUSPECTED / HIGHLY PROBABLE. Although there is no official validation from the College, the attacker included screenshots of the active administration console, operational credentials in plain text, and logs of structured database downloads, which lends a high level of technical credibility to the intrusion.

📂 Extraction of Structured Tables (.csv):

Download logs were found containing files named table_2_complete_2026-05-21T03-02-35.csv, generated consecutively at intervals of minutes, confirming an automated exfiltration process from the web server's repositories.

🛡️ URGENT MITIGATION AND TECHNICAL RECOMMENDATIONS

🛑 Revocation and Invalidation of the Exposed Account: The CCEE technical team is urged to immediately deactivate and invalidate user 14983 on the web portal and in the relational database to stop unauthorized concurrent access.

🔒 Session Auditing and Credential Resetting: Enforce a perimeter session closure for all users of the administrative platform and activate strict password change policies, ensuring that weak combinations or passwords based on usernames are not used.

⚠️ Strengthening the Billing API (Factoa): Review the connections and integrations of the electronic invoice APIs to ensure there are no code injection points or WebShells that allow the mass export of .csv files.

🔍 Social Engineering Monitoring: Proactively notify users and institutions registered in the exposed databases about the likelihood of receiving malicious emails or messages that fraudulently quote their bank statements or tax identification numbers.
