I’ve emailed their fraud department with no response. After 2 more calls to billing, I’ve now been instructed to email the billing department, which allegedly has the permissions to help me. @FedExHelp

@FedEx @FedExHelp has attached 8 invoices totaling nearly $4k to my account that I’ve never used. The invoices are from early 2021 and I was first notified in December 2022. I’ve spoken to 4 customer service agents and sent 3 emails over the last 3 months to try to resolve.

One agent told me that the invoices were so old that she couldn’t research. Another told me he could only reverse 5 packages based on his permissions. A company that handles millions of packages a day blue gives their agents ability to resolve 5 mid billed packages!

@HeatherHolleman I really got into dendrology through the 4-H club when I was in Jr Hi and High School. So much so that I got my undergrad degree in forestry! Somehow, I ended up with a 22 year (and going) stint marketing at UPS. Life is wild!
