the whiteboard ad just became a PIXAR movie

holding a pointer stick instead of a marker, same persona, same script, same product

the board doesn't come pre-written anymore either. content appears live as she talks, the stick literally leads each word into existence at its tip before the text shows up

quick workflow:
- locked the same persona as an animated pixar character, same script, same product
- built the board as a progressive reveal instead of fully written upfront, synced to the exact line being spoken
- frame-chained all 3 clips the same way as the live-action version, last frame becomes the next clip's anchor
- locked the voice across clips the same way too, timbre only, dialogue never repeats

the one thing that took the most fixing: getting the stick to point at the right spot low on the board.

I cant tell you how much this game is about getting better at AI

Every time I spend hours improving my AI skills (and the agent skills) everything just compounds so much better

Now its at a point where it can one shot ads that land at a 2 ROAS in testing 80% of the time, but i know this won't last forever because this edge will eventually be eroded

i just figured out how to get flawless generations in Seedance 2.5 every single time

every generation costs real money and one vague prompt means you're paying for a clip that goes straight to trash

i burned through more credits than i want to admit before i figured out the fix, a single prompt template that comes back CLEAN every time, 30 second continuous shot, character locked, camera doing exactly what i wrote, nothing random in the frame

the difference is structure, the model reads timestamps, reference assets and constraints way better than loose descriptions, so i stopped describing vibes and started scripting seconds

i packaged my entire template and i'm giving it away today:

-prompt template for full 30-second videos (first try output, no rerolls)
-the reference asset setup that keeps characters locked across the whole clip
-my negative prompt list that kills 90% of weird AI artifacts
-how to run 2.5 without torching your budget

key was to use what I know works for others and to just apply to an underserved avatar

trying to launch 2 high quality ads per day, so 14 net new concepts a week

it wont scale super high but at least hoping this supp offer should be able to get to multi 5 figs a day, maybe 6 with multi sku

Watched @conortrains YT video, realised its all a skill issue.

Gave web dev feedback on funnels, should be up in a day.

Workers put me on how some MRR businesses maximise their 3 month LTV with their backend, got them to implement right away.

Improved my skills.md for my agent workflows - this was a pretty big bottleneck as I could not use AI properly to create effective copy.

Basically this was done through a better breakdown prompt, and A/B testing by reading the .md files and the outputs and suggesting fixes based on my copywriting knowlege and testing how to get around the heavy compliance on some models

Chase threatening to close my account, put out that fire

- Waiting on processing for custom product offer, all ads, landers are ready to go. Should be live EOW
- Main store is getting hard to run (supps) so have turned off ads and just living off the rebills. I think i would need to cold restart this with a fresh ad account, pixel etc because the CPMs on this is just crazy high

Goals for the week:
- Delegate more time toward actually doing work most days; its hard to work while travelling
