Iโm 100% preaching to myself too, because I can get VERY loud, but we need to remember mutual respect. Every individual is different and just because youโre an extrovert doesnโt mean you can force others to be too.
And always remember,
If you canโt be kind - be quiet.
We need to talk about respect in public spaces.
Some people have children that overstimulate them, and need to clear their heads at the gym. Some people just want to eat their food without having to shout. Some people want to just do their jobs without talking.
Took me 27 years to realise that radiating โonly love, light and healingโ doesnโt mean you have to always have it all figured out. Sometimes it simply means that even when you hurt, you stay present. You cry and let yourself feel, because that too is love, light and healing.
