Experiencing firsthand that #TAPPortugal doesn’t believe in compensating business class travelers for a completely defective entertainment system on a long flight. Most airlines would’ve promptly apologized & issued a refund. Disappointed with this #CustomerServiceFail. 🛫🚫📺🤔
