Dear @WhiteHouse, my name is Rodney Smith Jr., founder of Raising Men & Women Lawn Care Service in Huntsville, Alabama. Through our 50 Yard Challenge, over 6,000 kids across the country have signed up to mow free lawns for the elderly, disabled, veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and single parents. With America celebrating its 250th birthday this year and me also being born on July 4th, I wanted to humbly ask if a few kids from our program and myself could travel to Washington, D.C. to help mow the White House lawn for this historic celebration.
More than anything, I want these kids to see how a simple act of service something as ordinary as mowing a lawn for someone in need can lead to extraordinary places. What better lesson in community service than showing them that helping others can take them all the way to our nationโs capital? Iโd also love to bring my American flag-themed mower in hopes that the President might sign it, so I can later auction it off and donate 100% of the proceeds to a nonprofit supporting veterans. It would be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to highlight the importance of service, patriotism, and the impact young people can have when they choose to make a difference. ๐บ๐ธ
@AD_DannyWhite please do something about the fans behind home plate that have tickets and don't show up. It looks horrible on TV and sure someone would love to have those tickets and actually use them.
@UTVolShop I bought this shirt on the strip at a Georgia game back in the early 2000's. Can you guys recreate it or direct me on how to get another one? It's a long sleeve T-shirt. Thank you
@ryanschumpert00 Ask him why he doesn't show the same fire from the dugout as our old coach. We don't need the married father of 3 girls. We need the Fired up Rock Star. He worked for him for 8 years. Surely he learned something? The players feed off of their coach!
@Vol_Baseball we don't need the married father of 3 girls. We need a coach that will show some fire! The team feeds off the coach. Tony would've been thrown out of 3 games already! C'mon man. Fire it up Elander!!!!
@Tony_Vitello1 please call your man and tell him to show some fire so this team will feed off of it. We don't need the married father of 3 girls. We need a coach with fire!
@DRVawl@Vol_Baseball Our married girl dad of 3 doesn't have the same fire as our once single Rock Star coach and it shows! Tony would've been ejected from at least 3 games already this year. The players feed off of their head coach!
