@TandemDiabetes Tandem support is still in the toilet. What kind of customer service is this? I've been trying for 3 days to reach a person, and the phone is NEVER answered, and the callback feature is a total fraud. NEVER gives a callback. Wish I had a Medtronic, since Tandem won't help.
