@KotakCares I received the call from the number. The lady who called me wasn’t aware of my problem. She is saying your account isn’t open since 5 days. Kindly look into the call recording. Don’t do such things with consumer who is in distress!

@KotakBankLtd What is the security of the money invested in kotak banks! When a fraud can be done so easily and all employees are hand in gloves. For the crime done by employees we need to go to ombudsman to get the money back when kotak life should give it back!

@KotakBankLtd The branch manager and relationship manager sells kotak life insurance policies in the name of TULIP and EULIP market plan. Then after doing the fraud leave the bank. The customer is now helpless. How can branch manager sell life insurance policies

This is not a customer friendly bank this is an employee friendly bank. The bank manager does miselling and sells life insurance policies and leaves the bank

@Kotak_Life Branch manager have to resort for fraud means to meet the targets and get commission. When I am asking you people for justice and my money back you tell me to go to ombudsman! For your fraud ombudsman will help and not you!
