Today marks my 24 years service in NHS admin. The most common response from a patient is “oh, you’re JUST admin”

BUT if I don’t do my job, the clinical teams won’t have all the information they need to give the best treatment possible

I really wish the politicians clambering for our votes would talk more about why we SHOULD vote FOR them.
And less about why we SHOULD’NT vote for their opponents

Happy to finally join the @RoyalDevonNHS family yesterday. It’s so weird to be the “new girl” but I’ve been made to feel very welcome.
Day 2 of induction complete. I think my head is ready to explode 😂 #informationoverload

And just like that, 7444days of employment at @MKHospital has come to an end. Not quite sure how I feel right now, but I know I’m leaving on a high note, and looking forward to the future @RoyalDevonNHS
