The “Hate Speech” Bill is NOT dead. Albanese has only dropped one part after the Greens flagged amendments but the worst elements remain.

This bill still includes retroactive Prohibited Hate Group bans, vague “hate” offences, and new visa-cancellation powers with no convictions or due process.

The bill doesn’t need amendments.
It needs to be killed in its entirety.
