Love that @Delta customer service will lie to you and say "rest assured the gate agent will fix this" only to be told at the gate "you paid for a seat and you have it, that's it." After Delta was the one to unassign me from the seats I picked months ago. Five star service.

@ghoulehhh We picked seats four our London flight months ago and then earlier this week I got an email saying our flight had changed, but the only thing that changed was the seats were now unassigned. I contacted customer support immediately and they said "we can't get you seats together
