Booked @oyorooms via @goibibo nice pics of a hotel, you book paying in full and when you actually visit surprised it's a rat hole kind of situation,ofcourse you won't stay.
Took hotel immediately.
Then complained million times for refund but seems like no one feels responsible.
@RBLBankCares It is impossible to get thru your call center IVR to reach your CC executive, I mean you can disclose all the info before any kind of authentication, but for reaching the executive I have to verify..I think it's made so, on purpose so people can die trying .Convenient isn't it
@rblbank my KYC pending since many years, called CC numerous times to close and cancel my card,Still you guys have audacity to issue me or rather upgrade my card and charge for that ? How Credible or simply Conning. Check the address you mentioned .
@Elica_India when asked about the bill ,says then need to ask company for spares which will come after 4-5 days . Really cooking food is essential everyday , how can we wait sitting on gas leak for 4-5 days ?? Please improve your service ..else just elegance won't go long .thanka
@Elica_India Hi , using Elica hob for around 2 years ...the service quality is very poor , even after complains which are serious ,gas leak related is attended after 2-3 days.... There is need is spares then the service guy says will replace but will not give the bill ..
