We recently concluded a workshop series in Rome organised together with Dress for Success Rome.

Hosted by members of the SHEIN Italy team, the sessions focused on practical topics such as interview preparation, communication skills and professional self-confidence. Participants explored ways to present their experience, communicate their strengths and navigate different stages of the job search process.

Thank you to our colleagues who volunteered their time and to Dress for Success Rome for their partnership and commitment to supporting women through training and career development programmes.
