Article 4(a) the state shall promote public awareness of this constitution by translating it into Ugandan languages and disseminating it as widely as possible, and

b) The State shall provide for the teaching of the Constitution in all educational institutions and armed forces training institutions and regularly transmitting and publish programs through media regularly.

1. When did you last introduce lessons in schools that teach constitution, what I remember is in 2008, Political education was banned from secondary education. How do you want us to study the Constitution?

2. The Bible or Quran is translated into local languages, I haven't seen a lugwere constitution of Uganda but we have Bibles in lugwere, why?

3. At what time and which TV or Radio teaches the Constitution in Uganda as it is written in 4(b)?

4. @norbertmao as a minister for Justice & Constitutionalism, explain why your government has kept us in the dark regarding public awareness of the Constitution.
