some takeaways:

— markets are information machines. they aggregate dispersed information and reward people willing to actually do the work

— open competition should reward skill disproportionately. if everyone wins equally, what’s the point of competition?

— transparency matters. prices, liquidity, even attempts to manipulate the market are out there for everyone to see — and trade against

— perps are just a more elegant market structure. same exposure, without constantly rolling expiring futures

for every founder: believe in yourself! something can look like a niche market for years, until one day it doesn’t
