"适配" iOS 27 第一件事就是把 UIScrollEdgeEffect 改为 Soft，而且叠上私有的 Progress Blur Effect。

因为 Title 的 Foreground 无法随背景动态变化了，所以在 Dark mode 下的 app 上看起来可阅读性也还行，支持 Light mode 的 app 可能不太合适。
