It's crazy how inaccurate Sidekick from @Shopify is, even when asked basic store inventory questions like "How many products with status=Active are out of stock?". Different answers every time and 10-15 mins of arguing and training to get the right answer.

Imagine having a Shopify AI that doesn't know what "out of stock" means.

@Shopify Sidekick really doesn't work. I want to use it, but the answers (even to basic inventory questions) are inaccurate. I spend longer trying to correct sidekick than I do getting any benefit from it.

@ivaivayoshi I asked Alexa about the incident today and she acknowledged it and asked if I wanted to learn more about the root cause. I said yes, and then she informed me that the root cause wasn’t known yet 😆

Amazon Alexa has been broken for hours now. No responses to any questions asked, and no acknowledgement from Amazon that can I find (but lots of reports of this issue on X). Lame that they don’t have a status page or just tweet to ack the issue…
