Apparently they printed the slip for themselves which confused me because why was I asked if I was wanting it as an sms? This just added to the reason why I hate those machines. The main reason is because each of them replaced probably two humans.

I went to @KFCSA and used those computers to place my order and selected to receive my order on sms and then I went to the toilet. When I returned someone took my order. I was told the person saw my order number on the screen and claimed the order.
