We're watching an Israeli genocide of Gaza.
1⃣ Killed 1500 Palestinians, 450 children, 248 women (and counting)
2⃣ Cut off food, water, electricity to Gaza. Without electricity, phones aren't charged, Palestinians can't record, & Israel can commit genocide in peace.
3⃣ Demands "evacuation" of over 1 million Gazans from the North to South Gaza, while bombing them along the way. This is cover for an impending bombardment and potential ground invasion.
4⃣ Dehumanization of Palestinians by the Western PR machine & media, effectively easing the way for genocide
5⃣ Killing journalists (8 so far) reporting on Israeli crimes, including @Reuters' Issam Abdullah today
6⃣ Targeting hospitals and densely-populated areas with white phosphorous, a chemical weapon
This is the history of genocide you read about in textbooks. God is watching. Be on the right side of history.

THE MISCONCEPTION OF CHOLESTEROL.
WHAT ARE THE MYTH AND FACTS OF CHOLESTEROL? (1)
Cholesterol is often considered a villain in the world of health, but is it really as bad as it's made out to be? There are many myths and misconceptions surrounding cholesterol, which can lead to confusion and unnecessary worry. Here are the facts and myths about cholesterol that you should know:
Myth (2): All cholesterol is bad
Fact: Cholesterol is a natural substance that our body needs to function properly. In fact, our liver produces cholesterol on its own. The issue arises when there is an excess of cholesterol in the body, specifically LDL or "bad" cholesterol, which can build up in the arteries and increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.
Myth: All high cholesterol is due to diet
Fact: While diet can certainly impact cholesterol levels, genetics and age also play a role. Some people may have a genetic predisposition to high cholesterol, while age can cause cholesterol levels to rise naturally. Lifestyle factors such as physical activity and stress can also affect cholesterol levels.
Myth: Low-fat diet is the best way to lower cholesterol
Fact: While a diet low in saturated and trans fats can certainly help lower cholesterol levels, it's also important to focus on increasing the intake of fiber-rich fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats like those found in nuts, seeds, and fish. Exercise can also help improve cholesterol levels.
Myth: Only older people need to worry about cholesterol
Fact: While cholesterol levels tend to rise with age, it's never too early to start thinking about your cholesterol levels. Children and young adults can also have high cholesterol, especially if they have a family history of the condition.
A survey conducted by Novartis in collaboration with MMA titled “State of the Nation” (3), has unearthed some shocking facts. Despite 92% of respondents acknowledging that lifestyle changes can control cholesterol, 28% hold the dangerous misconception that a healthy weight guarantees low cholesterol levels.
Even more concerning, 40% believe medication is the sole solution for managing high cholesterol. Although the vast majority (89%) recognize that unmanaged high cholesterol can lead to fatal conditions, such as cardiovascular disease, 84% yearn for easier management options, revealing an urgent need for accessible solutions to this pervasive health threat.
In conclusion, cholesterol is a complex topic with many myths and misconceptions. By understanding the facts about cholesterol, you can take steps to manage your own cholesterol levels and reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke. It's important to talk to your doctor about cholesterol screenings and any concerns you may have about your cholesterol levels.
