@VerizonSupport The third rep actually acknowledged that the account was noted to have fees removed but told me that this should not have been promised to me. Wth?? So I am supposed to pay for your error?
@VerizonSupport Why are your reps not on the same page? How is this good business? Why should I have to pay for what appears to be an error or a possible fraud charge on your end?
@VerizonSupport I am be being billed for services not ordered or used. 3 of your reps confirmed this. The first 2 reps told me that my bill would be adjusted and it was not. The 3rd told me that nothing could be done. This comes off as some type of fraud.
