@IRCTCinfo I did not get one thing, when ticket is booked from the wallet money, why platform fee is deducted even after additional charges already deducted while selecting payment option as debit card, credit card, wallet. I don't think platform should be deducted

@OfficialSBICare Case - 939546732, the incident is of 23rd March still no resolution found, customer care says to visit branch, branch says to call Customer care, tried calling 9674710403, 033 -22489333it doesn't connect. Such a big bank has no resolution 🫡
