@AirCanada, my wife and kids, flew to LHR - YWG on Dec 15,2022, and that was the last time they saw their luggage. We have made claims online as per AC advised. I spoke with call center (1888-689-2247), x2, i was told their system is down and they would drop the call. #Liars
