پندرہ دسمبر کو پاکستان سمیت دنیا بھر میں شہدائے اسلام آباد قتل عام کے حوالے سے یومِ سوگ اور دعائیہ تقریبات کا انعقاد کیا جائے گا-

ہمیں آخری سٹیج پر دھکیلا گیا، لوگ پرامن احتجاج کرتے ہیں تو ان پر سیدھی گولیاں چلائی جاتی ہیں، ہمارے شہدا کا ڈیٹا تک چھپا لیا گیا،کئی لوگ لاپتہ کر دئیے گئے، مجھے ایک کیس کے بعد دوسرے کیس میں گرفتار کر لیا جاتا ہے، چھبیسویں آئینی ترمیم کے ذریعے عدلیہ پر قبضہ کر لیا گیا ہے-

انہوں نے سول نافرمانی کے علاوہ ہمارے پاس کوئی راستہ نہیں چھوڑا- اگر سینئر ترین ججز پر مشتمل آزاد جوڈیشل کمیشن اور انڈر ٹرائل سیاسی قیدیوں کی رہائی کے ہمارے مطالبات نہیں مانے جاتے تو سول نافرمانی کی تحریک بھرپور طریقے سے چلائی جائی گی جس میں پہلا قدم اووررسیز پاکستانیوں کی ترسیلات زر میں کمی کی مہم ہو گی-

ہم اداروں سے کہتے ہیں کہ جو لوگ عوام اور فوج کو آمنے سامنے لانے کا کام کر رہے ہیں انہیں پہچانیں اور روکیں- ہم اپنا ملک ٹوٹنے نہیں دیں گے-

جنرل فیض جنرل باجوہ کے ماتحت تھے- جنرل فیض کا معاملہ فوج کا اندرونی معاملہ ہے۔ اس کا ہمارے ساتھ کوئی تعلق نہیں۔ جب میں وزیرِ اعظم تھا جنرل فیض جنرل باجوہ کی اجازت سے مجھے ملتے تھے اور پھر جنرل باجوہ کو ڈی-بریف بھی کرتے تھے۔ نو مئی کے سلسلے میں جنرل فیض سے تعلق جوڑنا احمقانہ بات ہے۔ کیا مجھے پتہ تھا کہ نو مئی کو مجھے گرفتار کرنا ہے؟ تو سازش کس بات کی کرنی تھی؟ جنرل فیض ریٹائرمنٹ کے بعد ہماری کیا مدد کر سکتے تھے؟
اصل حساب تو جنرل باجوہ کا ہونا چاہئے جس نے ہماری منتخب حکومت کے خلاف شازش کی۔ اس بات کو مولانا فضل الرحمٰن ، شاہد خاقان عباسی، محمد زبیر سمیت بہت سے لوگ کنفرم کر چُکے ہیں۔ ایک منتخب حکومت کے خلاف سازش کرنے کے جُرم میں جنرل باجوہ کا ٹرائل ہونا چاہئے۔“

اپنی 27 سالہ سیاست کے دوران میں نے کبھی کسی بھی موڑ پر اپنے کارکنان کو تشدد کی تلقین نہیں کی۔ چنانچہ 9 مئی کے واقعات (کی تفصیلات معلوم ہونے پر) پر پہلے تو مجھے نہایت تعجب اور حیرانگی ہوئی اور پھر مجھے اس حقیقت تک پہنچنے میں کچھ زیادہ وقت نہیں لگا کہ میری پرتشدد گرفتاری سے جلاؤ گھیراؤ اور پھر نازیوں کے سے انداز میں (تحریک انصاف کیخلاف) کریک ڈاؤن تک کا پورا ڈرامہ ایک سوچے سمجھے منصوبے کے تحت رچایا گیا۔

But this is not just about a father. It is about Pakistan, and its future. Message to the Pakistani nation by former Prime Minister Imran Khan, from Adiala jail, Rawalpindi:

I commend the Pakistani nation and PTI's political workers, who are fighting for their rights by participating in this peaceful protest, and resolutely standing before the mafia that has imposed itself upon our country, to demand their rights and genuine freedom.

My message for my team is to fight until the last ball is bowled. We will not back down until our demands are met!

On Mohsin Naqvi's instructions, paramilitary Rangers and police relentlessly fired teargas shells and even shot at our political workers, resulting in the martyrdom of and injuries to peaceful, unarmed citizens. Let me tell you, they will have to answer for this!

The protesters were not only peaceful, but they even assisted the very police officers and Rangers who were shooting and firing teargas shells at them (when they were in need of help).

My thanks go to overseas Pakistanis around the globe, who are not only mobilizing Pakistanis and contributing funds, but also holding historic protests in their respective countries.

Social media warriors around the globe should continue to vigorously reiterate our demands and show the world the ongoing oppression in Pakistan!

To those threatening to try me in military court: Do what you must; I will not back down from my stance.

Those who haven't yet joined the protest must also head to D-Chowk.

All Pakistanis participating in the protest must remain peaceful, stay united, and stand firm until our demands are met. Remember, this is a struggle for Pakistan's survival and true freedom!

Despite all this, we formed a committee to meet General Bajwa.

Army Chief alone is not the institution; he didn't come to that position through elections.

General Yahya also destroyed the country for his lust of power.

The army chief targeted my wife unnecessarily when she had nothing to do with politics.

A nation that is not willing to die for its freedom should be ready to become a slave.

If I step back from politics today, my life will go back to being normal.

The status quo forces will continue with their loot and plunder. The ruling elite is completely apathetic; all their money is stashed abroad.

PML-N will further get politically decimated when more inflation hits the nation.

At this time, the only hope is from the judiciary. I commend and salute those six judges who took a stand.

Judges should save the country's future because investment can only hail if the rule of law is established.

In a country where judges are being threatened, who will invest?

The judges have to establish the supremacy of law for political and economic stability, and only then can we attract investment into the country.

ہم حکومت کے مؤقف کو قبول نہیں کرتے۔ ہمارا مطالبہ ہے کہ عمران خان کا معائنہ اور علاج اسلام آباد کے شفا انٹرنیشنل اسپتال میں آزاد اور مستند ماہر ڈاکٹروں سے کرایا جائے۔

فل بینچ عدالتی حکم کے مطابق عمران خان سے ہر منگل کو خاندان کے چھ افراد ملاقات کر سکتے ہیں۔ تاہم گزشتہ آٹھ ماہ کے دوران حکام نے مسلسل اس عدالتی حکم کی خلاف ورزی کی ہے۔ میری بہن ڈاکٹر عظمیٰ خان کو صرف چند مرتبہ ملاقات کی اجازت دی گئی، جبکہ ان کی آخری ملاقات 2 دسمبر 2025 کو ہوئی تھی۔

ہم عمران خان پر دباؤ ڈالنے کے لیے حکومت کی جانب سے تنہائی اور بنیادی حقوق سے محرومی کو بطور ہتھیار استعمال کرنے کی پالیسی کو مسترد کرتے ہیں۔ آج ہم توقع رکھتے ہیں کہ عدالتی حکم کے مطابق خاندان کے تمام چھ افراد کو عمران خان سے ملاقات کی اجازت دی جائے گی۔

عمران خان کو حقوق سے محروم کرنا محض ایک سیاسی مسئلہ نہیں بلکہ جیل مینول اور ہائی کورٹ کے احکامات کی صریح خلاف ورزی ہے۔

4۔ کتابوں اور مطالعے کے مواد تک رسائی۔
5۔ ٹیلی ویژن اور اخبارات تک رسائی۔
6۔ مناسب طبی علاج اور باقاعدہ طبی معائنوں تک رسائی۔
7۔ کسی بھی طبی عمل یا طریقۂ علاج سے قبل قریبی اہلِ خانہ کو اطلاع دینا۔

اس کے علاوہ ہائی کورٹ کے فل بینچ کے احکامات کے مطابق:

1۔ عمران خان کو اپنے بیٹوں سے ٹیلیفون پر بات کرنے کی اجازت دی جائے۔
2۔ خاندان کے چھ افراد اور چھ وکلاء ہر منگل کو ان سے ملاقات کر سکتے ہیں۔
3۔ چھ دوست، جن میں پارٹی نمائندگان بھی شامل ہوں، ہر جمعرات کو ان سے ملاقات کر سکتے ہیں۔

ہم مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ عمران خان کو بطور قیدی حاصل تمام قانونی حقوق فوری طور پر بحال کیے جائیں، اور خاندان کی موجودگی میں آزاد اور پیشہ ورانہ طبی علاج تک رسائی کو سب سے اعلیٰ اور فوری ترجیح بنایا جائے

We have received reports that Imran Khan was again taken to PIMS in the early hours of 15 June. We found out through a tweet by Barrister Gohar on the morning of 15 June.

We reject any medical report generated by PIMS regarding Imran Khan’s condition. The same institution has previously made questionable claims, including the assertion that Imran Khan had recovered 90% of his eyesight. Imran Khan himself rejected these claims when his lawyer later met him at Adiala Jail.

A fundamental question remains unanswered: Why does Imran Khan require a fifth injection?

We do not accept the government’s version of events. We demand that Imran Khan be examined and treated by independent, qualified specialists at Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad. This is an urgent and immediate priority.

A full bench court order permits six family members to meet Imran Khan every Tuesday. Yet over the past eight months, the authorities have largely violated this order. My sister, Dr. Uzma Khan, has only been allowed to meet him a few times, and her last meeting took place on 2 December, 2025.

We reject the government’s continued use of isolation and deprivation as tools of pressure against Imran Khan. Today, we expect all six family members to be allowed to meet him in accordance with the court’s order.

The denial of Imran Khan’s rights is not merely a political issue; it is a clear violation of both the jail manual and High Court orders.

According to the jail manual, Imran Khan is entitled to:

1. A weekly telephone call with his sons.
2. A weekly meeting with family members.
3. A weekly meeting with his legal counsel.
4. Access to books and reading material.
5. Access to television and newspapers.
6. Access to proper medical treatment and regular medical check-ups.
7. Notification to immediate family members before any medical procedure is carried out.

In addition, High Court full bench orders provide that:

1. Imran Khan must be allowed to speak with his sons by telephone.
2. Six family members and six lawyers may meet him every Tuesday.
3. Six friends, including party representatives, may meet him every Thursday.

We demand the immediate restoration of all of Imran Khan’s lawful rights as a prisoner, with access to independent and professional medical treatment in presence of family as the highest and most urgent priority.

PTI leadership has requested opposition leader Mehmood Khan Achakzai that, if there is a time frame on the gathering outside Adiala Jail on Tuesday, they can mobilize 10,000 people. We welcome this proposal and have accepted their request.

On Tuesday, 16 June, we will gather outside Adiala Jail from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

A strong gathering of 10,000 people outside Adiala should create the necessary pressure to end Imran Khan’s prolonged isolation and ensure that his eye condition is properly examined and treated at Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad, in the presence of his family and personal physician.

This is a humanitarian and legal demand. The basic rights of a former Prime Minister and political prisoner must be respected.
