ارزیابی راهبردی: امریکا دوباره به تلاش شکست خورده نظامی برای باز کردن تنگه هرمز بازگشته است. پس از ناتوانی امریکا در عبور دادن کشتی ها از مسیر عمانی، و برخورد قاطع ایران با کشتی های متخلف، امریکا شب گذشته به حدود 30 هدف در بندرعباس، قشم، سیریک، بوشهر و جاسک حمله کرد. این حمله در واقع نوعی واکنش به ناتوانی سنتکام از باز نگهداشتن مسیر جنوبی بوده است. ایران در پاسخ به 85 نقطه در کشورهای جنوبی خلیج فارس حمله کرده است. برای نخستین بار ناوگان امریکایی مجاور ساحل عمان نیز هدف قرا گرفت که نشان دهنده تغییر تاکتیک شلیک ایران نسبت به حدود یک ماه قبل است.

💢🇱🇧 BREAKING: Reports are emerging of a serious Hezbollah attack on Israeli forces operating in southern Lebanon, with Israeli media and military-watch Telegram channels describing an “exceptionally serious incident” involving up to 10 injured Israeli soldiers.

Details are currently barred from publication under Israel’s military censorship. Here’s what we know:

🔸 The reported attack comes after a day of Israeli artillery shelling, drone strikes and air raids across southern Lebanon. Lebanon’s National News Agency reported Israeli forces struck several towns in the Nabatieh, Tyre and Bint Jbeil districts, including Nabatieh al-Fawqa and the eastern outskirts of Kfartebnit on Wednesday. At least four people were killed in Israeli attacks in the Nabatieh area on Tuesday.

🔸 Lebanese journalist Hadi Hoteit, who survived an Israeli drone attack while reporting in Kfartebnit earlier this week, says the operation came after Hezbollah largely held fire while Israeli attacks continued across southern Lebanon despite the ceasefire.

🔸 According to Hoteit, the attack was a response to continued Israeli shelling, air raids and reported ground movements around Nabatieh and Kfartebnit. He suggests the operation may have involved either drones or an explosive device targeting Israeli troops inside Lebanese territory.

حزب الله مکررا از ایران درخواست کرده بخشی از هر نوع توافق آتش بس بر امریکا باشد. ایران این موضوع را خط قرمز خود قرار داده و امتیاز لازم را در این مورد در متن پیش نویس یادداشت تفاهم دریافت کرده است. ایران ارزیابی می کند نتانیاهو به این تعهد امریکا پای بند نخواهد بود و به همین دلیل در صورت کوچکترین نقض عهد از سوی امریکا و اسراییل مجددا تنگه هرمز را مسدود کرده و به رویارویی بازخواهد گشت.

💢 Reuters: The proposed U.S.-Iran agreement includes a $300 billion private investment fund aimed at driving investment into Iran, with more than half the financing reportedly already committed, according to a source with knowledge of the negotiations.

🔹 The fund, known as the Reconstruction and Development Fund, would not use U.S. government money and would only become operational if a final agreement is reached after a 60-day negotiating period.

🔹 The FT said the funds would not come from governments but from companies. Reuters reported that companies from the U.S., Gulf states, Asia, South America and Africa have committed financing for projects in energy, manufacturing, transport and logistics.

🔹The Financial Times separately reported that officials and people briefed on the talks described strong interest from companies in Europe, South Korea, Japan and the United States if sanctions are lifted.

🔹 The fund is separate from negotiations over sanctions relief and the release of Iranian assets frozen abroad, Reuters said. Iran had initially sought $400 billion in compensation for war damage, but the proposed investment fund emerged as an alternative mechanism.

امریکا در شب تفاهم با ایران متعهد به خاتمه فوری جنگ در ایران و لبنان، و رفع فوری و کامل محاصره دریایی ایران شده است. انجام این تعهدات قبل از امضا در روز جمعه در حال راستی آزمایی است.

University of Tehran professor Hassan Ahmadian shared with Drop Site why Iran has not made Gaza a major focus of the current negotiations with the U.S.

He suggested that Iranian officials believe their leverage is limited and should be concentrated where it can have the greatest impact, particularly on ending the war with Iran and halting Israel’s attacks on Lebanon.

Tehran views Gaza as a more complicated arena, one in which it currently lacks the ability to meaningfully alter the military equation. But Ahmadian said he strongly believes that, as the diplomatic process moves forward, “Gaza will be part of the discussions.”
