As an X Premium+ user (@warabi_blue), I'm facing two major frustrations with the platform:
1. No granular control over personalized news/trends in Explore/News tab:
- Persistent topic cards (e.g., "Team Mirai Anno leader's reserved judgment on Iran attack") stay visible for days even after viewing multiple times.
- "Not interested" or "Hide this topic" options often don't appear on Grok-generated news cards, or menu only shows "Trend history".
- Tapping × and selecting "Not interested" or "Hide for 1 day/week" hides the ENTIRE "Today's News" section instead of just one topic. Reloading doesn't restore it, forcing me to lose access to other news I want (entertainment, tech, etc.).
- Muting the exact topic title as a keyword has ZERO effect on news/trends/explore sections — mute only works on timeline/notifications.
2. Unable to DM @Premium for support (Premium+ user):
- Tapping "Message" on @Premium profile loops back to profile or does nothing (stuck in infinite loop). Tried app restart, cache clear, browser — same issue. Can't reach support directly as recommended.
This lack of user control over my own feed and broken support access is extremely stressful. Premium+ should offer better personalization tools and reliable support.
Please fix:
- Individual hide/"not interested" per news card without affecting whole section
- Extend mute keywords to news/trends/explore
- Resolve DM loop bug for @Premium
