I have got a exorbitant bill of 20K which i feel i am at any cost not at problem. I was not in town and during that time the meter was not working is what was told. And without informing me the meter was changed. Help me here

My luggage with TAG number OD327767 is missing, and it's causing significant distress as it contained essential medication and valuable belongings. I was traveling from Bangalore to Malaysia on flight OD242/03-Mar. I urgently need my bag returned within 24 hours.
@letsgobumpr Stay away from goBumpr and MyTVS. My vehicle has been taken and there is no update. The 3rd party driver took 2 hrs to cover 6km and after that neither myTVS nor gobumpr customer care representatives are reachable. They don't even have courtesy to call back.
