[Warning: Non-real estate post]
At this truly awful moment, would ask everyone to keep in mind that our adversaries are actively working, here and on other social media platforms, to further inflame the political divisions in our society.
You *definitely* should not assume that some horrific post from a random anon account is actually from a fellow citizen.
(For what it's worth, the vast, vast majority of Americans with whom I have ever come in contact are basically decent human beings.)
Lanterns treats the ring like a service weapon — having it isn't the same as having the judgment to use it. That one choice is why the show works. #Lanterns
@jimwade@G_O_A_T_Lantern I literally went downstairs to show you the shirt I’ve had since like 2006, and the two GLs my kid doesn’t have yet because I’m drip feeding him Super Powers figures and he already has the John Stewart GL figure (Along with the Yellow Lantern Corps Sinestro figure)
@G_O_A_T_Lantern I hate to spoil it for you, but Hal is alive.
“When someone casually mentions that 14 alien species can perfectly imitate humans, and then Hal Jordan shows up dead, the twist is he’s not dead.”
@jimwade@G_O_A_T_Lantern I do mean Hal Jordan. If you ask someone to describe Hal Jordan without mentioning his job, what could you say?
It’s so undefined and ambiguous, they just let Ryan Reynolds be Ryan Reynolds in a green suit to see what would happen.
@jimwade@G_O_A_T_Lantern Hal Jordan had the personality of a bowl of oatmeal.
Guy Gardner, not so much.
P.S. That comic is on the wall of my kids playroom.
@steve_h2o@DocCoyle That will be true if he tosses the ring over his shoulder in disgust and tries to murder John Stewart in his sleep for the crime of…bad thoughts.
@steve_h2o@DocCoyle He’s the most well known, not popular.
I don’t need AI to validate my opinion.
About the only time he ever got interesting, was during the whole Parallax storyline because crashing out over the destruction of his city gave him personality…which they ultimately took from him.
@Nerdrotics It’s staggering to see an entire industry of reviewers making knee jerk reactions to a show in an effort to curry favor with a certain political faction of viewers.
When it turns out that body was a Manhunter, people should remember who the retards are and never let them forget.
@steve_h2o@DocCoyle Hal Jordan isn’t popular. He’s boring as shit. He has no personality.
I like this IDGAF, I answer to higher powers, version of Hal.
It beats the awkward socially inept nerd they turned Flash into and the gym bro they turned Arthur Curry into.
@EightBitWarrior Because Sony runs the only store capable of putting games on the PlayStation.
“Derp, cmon guys, who didn’t love paying for hardware to be walled into a monopoly?” - Neckbeard
@libbyemmons Why am I seeing adults saying “demonic possession” with a seriousness one would ascribe to a real medical condition.
Oh your balls hurt? That must be demonic possession.
@TheCriticalDri2 Careful you don’t cut yourself on that edge.
Dildos making sweeping proclamations after one episode are all assholes.
Fact is, nobody can describe Hal Jordan’s personality because he never had one. This show is giving one to him, and it’s great.
